We have all heard that seafood is good for us.  So . . . eat more fish.  The doctor says lose a few pounds and your cholesterol will go down.  We ask how?  Eat more fish.  Twice a week is the recommendation from all the health experts.  Choose between King Salmon, Petrale Sole, Halibut, Dungeness Crabs, Rockfish, Steelhead Trout, Shrimp, Scallops, fresh or frozen  – eat more fish!
