Our local King Salmon Season may be non-existent but we have the best Canadian King Salmon!   These Chinook Salmon are raised certified organic in the waters of Clayoquot Sound on the west coast of Vancouver Island. They are sustainable, have a responsible farming practice to provide quality fish.  These King Salmon are available year round.    Heads and spines make a delicious seafood broth.
