IMPORTANT COVID SHIPPING INFORMATION:
FedEx does not guarantee Next Day Air any longer since COVID 19 began.  It may take 2 days for delivery.

**Prices are subject to market conditions.  If there are any supply shortages due to weather conditions, we will ship previously frozen cooked whole or section Dungeness Crabs if available.

Certain items are sold as an Add On Only to Crab Packages and not sold or shipped separately.

    • IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Thanksgiving – last shipping day is Monday, November 20th.  This allows FedEx an additional day to deliver prior to Thursday, Thanksgiving Day.  FedEx removes all shipping guarantees.

Christmas – last day for shipping is Wednesday, December 20th.  This allows FedEx an additional day to deliver.  FedEx removes all shipping guarantees during the holidays. 

The cut-off time for ordering a shipment (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NY’s Eve) is by 10 am PST to go out that same day. It may take 1 business day to process your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment to arrive after placing your order. Regular shipping days are Monday through Thursday for the next day delivery. FedEx Saturday Delivery is suspended at this time.  FedEx will longer guarantee the package to be delivered on Saturday.

  • Residential packages will be released to the door unless FedEx deems the area is not secured. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international addresses. Please use caution when shipping to apartments and other buildings sharing common areas.  Alaska and Hawaii shipments are an additional $25 and may take 2 days to arrive.
  • Commercial packages will be released only after signature.

REFUNDS/TERMS & CONDITIONS
All shipping sales are final. Once a package is marked as delivered and verified by FedEx as the correct delivery neither FedEx nor Alioto-Lazio Fish is responsible for the package. Please use caution when shipping to apartments or other buildings that share common areas. Any spoilage due to delayed shipping (weather/mechanical issues as referred to in the FedEx Service Guide) may be replaced (no guarantees) depending on circumstances and subject to review by Alioto-Lazio Fish Co.

**For all orders taken over the phone the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, this includes all shipping policies. These are available on our website as well as over the phone.
